Hope Capital Investments tackled a 2400 sq ft single-family full renovation in Pottstown, PA. Large-scale projects must be completed in phases. First, we started off with a demo and diagnosed the major mechanicals. We ran new electrical circuits to the kitchen and first-floor half bath. This property sat vacant for several years; unused cast iron drains in Pennsylvania weather will typically crack. We replaced old copper water lines with PEX and cast iron drains with PVC. The side of this building was in poor shape. We added vinyl siding to give the property a fresh makeover. Over 20 windows were replaced and capped with new metal. Full house renovations are Hope Capital Investments’ bread and butter.

With our skilled craftsmen we installed over 2200 sq foot of laminate flooring, two bathroom renovations, full house interior paint, and a brand new kitchen with granite countertops. After 10 weeks we had this property ready for the owner to rent for premium rents. Hope Capital Investments can perform full-scale renovations AND manage the landlord’s properties for all property maintenance. These two functions integrate seamlessly and provide for a stress-free investing experience.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’ve hired Vince and his company to do most of the renovations in my home since our house fire in 2023. Vince is a man of his word and will complete the job to your satisfaction.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Hope Capital Investments has been excellent to work with while building and managing my rental portfolio. Vince and his team scheduled and completed necessary renovation work quickly, with good-quality results. Their property management services have been equally dependable, making the responsibilities of owning rental properties much easier. They are responsive, reliable, and have been a pleasure to work with.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Every single time I call Vince, his team comes through. Once again, I needed his help with work that my client needed to get done and they came through on time. They were very efficient and did the work in a very professional manner and very fair priced. I cannot be any happier. These are my go to guys!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. On time, efficient, they clean up, they're professional, all the guys on the team are great, and they do great work. Just hire them. Did 2 sets of steps for me this time. Did odds and ends the first time I hired them.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Hope Capital Investments did a wonderful job with my renovations! They made suggestions that saved me time, money, and future costs, by completing my checklist, and evaluating areas of my property that would soon need further attention! HCI was very communicative during the entire process. I’m extremely pleased with their services, attention to detail, and efforts to help me save money, by prioritizing those things that mattered most, and by completing these tasks and upgrades in a timely fashion, and cost-effective way!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I love my Landlord. He is the most incredible person I’ve ever met when it comes to having a clean place to stay every time I call they’re right there to fix whatever we need Fix. We’re in the household with four seniors, and we are so comfortable in our home, I could not have asked for a better landlord The best I’ve ever had and I’ve been on this earth for 64 years, and never did I have a Landlord so much sensitivity and gives a darn about his tenants.
. He is just the best and so are the guys that work with him. They’re always nice polite and explain exactly what they’re doing when they’re fixing things. The whole company is just great. Could not ask for better. Been in our almost 2 years. Love It.🙏🙏🙏
